Preparation

  1. Namkeen Mutton:

    • In a pot, add water and boil mutton for 30 minutes.
    • In another pot, add oil and chopped garlic, boiled mutton, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning, crushed black pepper, salt, and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
    • Add yogurt and cook it until the water gets dry. Now add ginger cut in julienne style, fresh coriander and green chilies and simmer it for another 5 minutes.
  2. To Serve:

    • Serve it with Chapati, raita and salad.
