Firni being a traditional dessert and combining it with Chocolate gives it a twist of flavour.

Preparation

  1. Chocolate Firni:

    • Add rice and milk to a saucepan and cook until the rice is fully done.
    • Add Carte D'Or Chocolate Topping and mix it well, add sugar and blend the mixture.
    • Add cardamom, almond, pistachio and cook until the mixture thickens and pour into a serving dish.
    • Garnish with nuts, serve cold.
