Ingredients: 1.5kg Chicken breast; 45.0g Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (6X900g); 5.0g Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning (24x400g); 15.0g Garlic, minced; 30.0ml Vegetable oil; 250.0g Hellmann’s Cheese Mayonnaise (12x1kg); 100.0g Onion, sliced; 100.0g Tomato, diced; 100.0g Cucumber, sliced; 50.0g Olives, sliced; 120.0g Iceberg, shredded; 10.0pc Pita bread

Preparation

Cheese Pita Pockets:
- Marinate the chicken with Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder, garlic and oil, for 2 to 4 hours.
- Pre-heat a pan to medium high heat. Season chicken with salt, Grill each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Remove and set aside to rest.
- Slice the chicken against the grain into thin strips and transfer back into the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until just slightly crispy around the edges.
- Spread Hellmann’s Cheese Mayonnaise evenly inside pita pockets divide chicken evenly and topped with all the remaining vegetables.
