This salmon recipe is quite unique as the salmon filets are coated in a rich sauce made with Knorr Professional Barbecue Sauce. It is truly delicious and surprisingly easy to make.

Preparation

  1. BBQ Glazed Fish:

    • Marinate fish fillet for 30 mins with Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (50gm) and Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning (5gm).
    • Pan sear the fish for 2 minutes and remove it from the pan.
    • In a pot, heat oil, sauté garlic, then add soya sauce and Knorr Professional Barbecue Sauce, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning (10gm), Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (30gm), water, add fish and cook it for 2 minutes.
    • Now brush the cooked sauce over the fish fillet.
    • Serve it with the remaining sauce.
