Preparation

  1. Achari Pulao:

    • In a pot, heat oil, chicken, mixed pickle, garlic paste, onion, tomatoes, coriander powder, salt (6gm), turmeric powder, cumin powder, red pepper powder, Knorr Professional Chicken Soup Stock and sauté it for 7-8 minutes.
    • In another pot, add water, vinegar, salt (2gm), oil, and boiled soaked rice.
    • Add boiled rice over chicken achari mixture, add food color and steam it for 10 minutes on low flame.
    • Take medium green chilies and fill them with Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade, fry them in a pan and put over the rice.
